Vintage Design
A very rare and iconic “Bellevue” chair designed by André Bloc and manufactured in France around 1950. This stunning piece is fully original and in beautiful condition, making it a really special find. Since it was designed only a few pieces were produced, yet it is a highly recognizable piece of mid-century design that draws the attention of any design enthusiast. It is most likely named after Bloc’s Bellevue house in Meudon, France. Made of high quality bent wood in a lovely elegant design, supported by a folded tubular black metal frame which nicely compliments the overall balance and appeal of the chair. It remains in good original condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
