Vintage Design
Storage cupboard, with 3 stackable cupboards,
with iron handles on the sides, each
2 doors, each with a shelf,
from historicism around 1850.
These used to be called stacking cabinets
also fire cabinets. If through war,
Lightning strike or similar causes a house to catch fire,
you could get your belongings quickly
Just carry it out in the closet like one
Wooden chest or box, as that
individual wooden cabinets were relatively light
compared to a large closet in
one piece.
Since the cabinet is in its original condition only
was conditionally usable and had a number of repairs
required, I took the liberty of opening the closet
to save him in Shabby Mint
refurbished and keeping the old style so good
preserved as possible. The triangle accents
are copied from various castles and palaces.
Inside, only the lower floors are painted,
the rest is in natural wood.
All locks still work, keys
are not original, but a find
my collection. So you can open the doors
at least finish it.
Overall dimensions are:
W 123 x D 55 x H 205 cm
Height of the individual cabinets:
Bottom 73, middle 67, top 65 cm
Condition:
The cupboard still has many old originals
Notches, a few small side chips
from the respective upper dark brown ones
End strips. But all the traces of the
Time simply belongs to this cupboard.
Now he will survive for at least another 300 years.
