19th or 20th Century American Farmhouse Watercolor Rustic Folk Art Painting

We are selling this fine little Americana watercolor painting. This painting shows a 19th century style farmhouse with some cows out front and some figures. The painting is quite well done and a little folky, appears to be signed in red in the lower left below the paper mat.
