Large Victorian mahogany partners desk. Absolutely fabulous piece, double sided with four drawers in each pedestal and single drawers in the center part. In good, solid condition. Top has been restored , some age and wear to the handles and corners. Nothing significant and doesn’t affect the use. Dimensions are 153 cm long by 122 wide and 79 high.

Small Chinese Chinoiserie hand painted and lacquered writing table with black leather writing surface and matching stool. This is a very good looking and well made piece in my favourite style which is Chinoiserie. The desk top has a black leather writing surface which is embossed, the stool is the original and very much in the Chinese Chippendale taste Condition wise is exactly as you would hope to them, there are some light age and use related patina but mostly they are in fine order throughout. Writing desk designed by Erik Brouer for Brouer Mobelfabrik. Made in Denmark in the sixties. It is made of teak, with original key. It features six drawers on the front side and three open compartments on the backside. This desk can be freestanding. It has excellent condition as it has been profesionally restored.

Italian writing desk from 20th century. Napoleon III style furniture inlaid and veneered in walnut, mahogany, maple and fruitwood enriched by fake inlay with hand-painted floral decorations on the edge of the top, front and sides (see photo). Writing desk finished from the center adorned with bronze and gilded and chiseled brass (see photo). Furniture complete with three front drawers, of which the central one complete with lock and working key. Top covered in chiseled and gilded faux leather (with some signs of wear) of excellent size and service, even for professional use. Furniture that has some small lack of veneer (see photo) and some signs of aging. Desk of excellent solidity and stability supported by 4 wavy legs also adorned with bronze and brass (see photo). Structurally sound, it shows some signs of aging, overall in a fair conservative state.

Plat Bureau of Art Deco medium “Maurice Dufréne” Artistic director for the mastery of Lafayette gallery between 1920/1929, in placing of marquetry called “snake” in mahogany, rosewood and violet wood.
It opens on the facade by seven drawers (six small on the sides and a large central all with their keys and entrances of original locks).
It rests on eight fetches of sugar stoves.
