Rare metal doctor showcase around 1900, handwork nothing riveted everything, the corners were soldered and riveted with brass slot, very high -quality early production, the original sides and door sline are original very nice, light wavy glass with light air base with the original putty. The glass floors all had to be renewed.

The closet is completely restored, closures, handles, screws, iron roll everything original, the surface is restored We were able to get the old iron patina fully, was elaborately completely unlucky, lightly brushed and sealed with a special lacquer.

The nickel -plated parts (handles, balls, and corner cover) are made of brass, the surface has scratches – signs of use, the right ball from the extract has been missing was polished in stainless steel has become great

This cabinet was produced during the 1950/60s in the Netherlands. It features drawers in mahogany and a large door with a shelf behind it. It was originally used in pharmacy in Amsterdam. The interior dimensions of the drawers are: D x W x H 34 x 20 x 9 cm.

This outstanding cabinet is a design by Taichiro Nakai, manufactured by La Permanente Mobili in Italy around 1960. Made of high quality teak wood in a warm brown colour on a thin, tubular black metal base. The finish of the many elements is truly impressive and shows great craftsmanship. The piece reveals a lot of storage capacity behind the different doors, drop down doors and drawers. It has wooden shelves and a few glass (showcase) shelves as well. The doors have a beautiful relief which adds a sense of luxury to the piece. The black metal base has a beautiful triangle structure holding the cabinet. Brass details in the locks and keys are the perfect finish to this elegant design. Originally designed for the “Selettiva del Mobile” in Cantù, Italy, this piece was designed with Italian influences while also showcasing elements Nakai’s Japanese background. A fantastic find that has deserved it’s spot in mid-century design history! It remains in very good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.

Antique 19th Century Italian wooden armoire, later painted in a striking geometric pattern. The armoire features centre opening cupboard doors revealing an internal hanging rail fitting and a wide drawer at the very bottom. A wonderful and rustic piece of functional statement furniture.

19th century French oak crested cupboard. The sizes are 231x132x61 (HXBXD). Completely removable. Behind the two doors boards. Under two drawers. from about 1880.

Baroque French showcase in two parts. Made of carved mahogany, brass handles and latches. The lower part has three drawers. The upper part is a showcase that is glazed on three sides.

In 1986, Ettore Sottsass & Marco Zanini were invited by Austrian furniture producer Franz Leitner, to design an entire collection. The result was the famous ‘Donau’ (Danube) collection, composed of different furniture pieces, all produced in a large variety of varying burl woods and birds-eye maple veneer mixed with extremely colourful lacquered wood elements.
Many of these pieces are also integrated into the über-stunning decor of Villa Dorane, the lavish property in southern France decorated in the mid-nineties by Ettore Sottsass for Jean Pigozzi.

This cabinet is made of burl wood, with Birdseye maple veneer and lacquered in green.

It was acquired directly from the family members of Franz Leitner, who have been since the 80s in their family properties.
