Wonderful old pine barrel back corner cabinet features dentil molding across the cornice and an arched alcove with four tiers of contoured wood shelving. Two lower cabinet doors, all flanked by fluted pilasters with decorative mounts at the top corners. Hand-forged iron nails are visible along the back of this period piece.

Spectacular Widdicomb piece. Two independent display cases join together and are capped by a single crown that finishes off the piece brilliantly. Incredible details. The cabinet features a plinth base, touch controlled lighting three adjustable 1/4” plate grooved glass shelves, a 1/8” glass insert in the fixed shelf and an antique mirror on the back of the interior. Crafted in cherry solids with cherry and Karelian Birch veneers. Just a beautiful piece.
