A 1979 sculpture with an angular cast bronze design that is layered to create an abstract shape. Signed “TRESFORT 1979,” the work is made from three congruent pieces of bronze that are attached with screws. A bronze stand at the base of the sculpture slides into the cylindrical metal base.

A 1971 abstract metal sculpture mounted on a wooden base. Signed “UTIGER/71”, this work has a rectangular shape that is intersected by an abstract metal mass that appears suspended in space. The sculpture is attached to a metal panel that is adhered to a natural wooden base.

We are selling this well painted miniature portrait of a woman. This woman has interesting braided hair style that may be a clue to where she comes from, maybe a religious sect. The watercolor painting is housed in a nice giltwood Italian Florentine frame.

Condition: Good antique condition with some general age wear.

Signed to the lower right of the drawing, this abstract work features repeated wave designs in black against a silver foil background on board. The drawing is titled verso and displayed in a silver tone metal frame.

Stanford “Stan” Brod graduated from the University of Cincinnati, College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning and later in life received an honorary Doctor of Fine Arts from the Art Academy of Cincinnati. His work can be found in the permanent collections of the Museum of Modern Art, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and the Cincinnati Art Museum.
