Vintage Design
Danish Safari chair from the 1950s made by Aage Bruun & Son. According to various sources on the Internet, it was designed by Børge Mogensen, but there is no certainty about this.
The chair consists of a durable wooden frame with seats made of thick quality leather in cognac color.
The extra seat cushion that is often missing is also still present and made of leather.
The chair is in good vintage condition with signs of wear that are typical of its age. The leather has spots here and there which contributes to a beautiful patina. A mounting ring has been loosened at the bottom (see photo), but this does not detract from the seating comfort.
