Mid Century Abstract Painting of Bridge – Signed

This abstract painting evokes the image of a large bridge over water next to skyline. Possibly the George Washington Bridge. The aqua water soothes against the grey steel of bridge and black lines of high rise. The piece appears to be painted in acrylic but has a water color feel. It also has mix medium as there is some sort of fabric or paper incorporated under the paint in some spots. It’s over hand stretch canvas. Signed Spelman.
